Form a study group of "The Truth and Meaning of Sexuality"

Bible studies, book clubs, after school study sessions… These activities are all meant to help individuals meaningfully and thoroughly digest important concepts in a relaxed and fun yet challenging environment.  The No Room for Contraception team recommends forming a study guide of the Catholic Church's document "The Truth and Meaning of Human Sexuality" by using the reader's guide written by Msgr. Peter J. Elliott- click [here]

Parents may feel overwhelmed and inadequate when faced with the challenge of raising children in purity and virtue.  Many parents even choose to home school their children in order to protect them from the negative influences of their peers and community.  However, children can find a magazine on the grocery shelf, a program on television, or a bad scene in a movie that will trigger and ultimately destroy their sense of purity and innocence.  The Catholic Church's document, written by the Pontifical Council for the Family, on the other hand, presents a hopeful view of human sexuality and an age-appropriate plan for conveying that truth to children.
